1. Rental Agreement
All stays at KTJ Krug LLC properties are subject to a rental agreement. By booking, you agree to the terms of that agreement including check-in/check-out times, occupancy limits, and property rules.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Rates displayed on our website are for direct bookings and may differ from third-party platforms. All payments are processed securely through our booking platform.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a charge equal to the first night's rate. Specific cancellation terms are confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Property Rules
Guests are expected to maintain the property in good condition. Smoking is prohibited in all units. Pets are welcome in all units. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations may result in early termination of your stay.
5. Liability
KTJ Krug LLC is not responsible for personal belongings left on the premises. We maintain property insurance but recommend guests obtain travel insurance for their stay. KTJ Krug LLC does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.
