That capacity is not a marketing figure. It is the sum of the live inventory records for the eight apartments: one to three bedrooms each, with individual capacities from two to seven guests. What the group actually gets per apartment
Every apartment has air conditioning in every room, a full kitchen with stainless appliances, a private balcony, high-speed internet and a flat-screen TV. Laundry is available on site. Apartments range from 754 to 1,411 square feet, including penthouse units, and the largest sleep seven.
Each apartment also has its own dedicated backup battery covering the lights, the internet router and the refrigerator, and the building holds a water cistern with 1 Gbps fiber. That matters for a working group: a power interruption does not take the lights, the connectivity and the food with it.

Two limitations are stated plainly rather than left to be discovered. The building is a four-floor walk-up with no elevator, which is worth weighing if the group is moving heavy production equipment. How a group booking works
One. Send the group size, the number of bedrooms needed, the requested dates and the full anticipated period, together with the billing contact and any required reference number. Sending the complete period rather than a short first block gives the best chance of matching dates to availability.
Two. A written quote comes back naming the apartments, their sizes and capacities, the rate for the requested period and the applicable minimum stay. Availability is confirmed against the live calendar at that point.
Three. The stay is confirmed, check-in is set including staggered arrivals, and the invoice and receipts for the group are issued directly by KTJ Krug LLC. Request any extension before the current booking ends.
