Enquiries are answered by the operating team directly, and placements are quoted on actual availability for the dates requested.

How to place a stay

1. Submit the anticipated dates, the household size and the bedroom requirement below, together with the insurer or agency and any claim or purchase-order reference.
2. We confirm availability, the applicable minimum stay and the rate for those dates.
3. The placement is confirmed directly, and the policyholder or assignee is issued check-in and access details.
4. A later extension, if repairs or the assignment are delayed, is requested before the current placement ends and is subject to availability for the additional dates.

Every apartment carries its own dedicated backup battery and 1 Gbps symmetrical fiber, and the lease and itemized receipts are prepared for the placing organisation. One honest note: the building is a four-floor walk-up with no elevator. No price is published here; each figure is confirmed directly to the coordinator on enquiry.
